I'm pretty sure Customer Service is a lost art. It should not take 2 trips, talking to 4 managers (including a regional manager, ) 2 customer service reps, for the tech guy to ultimately get everything squared away. Completely ridiculous! I'll post more later, when I've had time to calm down, but thank God everything is resolved!
