Love Our Vets

22. 22 is the number of veterans who take their lives on a daily basis. PTSD has a lot to do with this. I have a lot of family and a lot of friends who were/are vets, and a few who suffer from PTSD. It's real. The war doesn't end over seas for them. It happens every single day in their own lives. Fireworks, alarms, shadows, etc...all of these things and more can trigger. We need to do more for those who are willing to sacrifice everything for us.

Love Our Vets in a good step in the right direction by providing solid, sound advice to those who are immediately impacted by PTSD. I would also suggest those who are not impacted directly to pick up a copy and read. Perhaps you will gain some insight into what these brave men and women are going through, so that you can better help them. Today it's 22 each day. Maybe with more awareness, more help, we can bring that number down to 0.
